How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient. Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click “check out” for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, your order will lbe complete. Online orders can be placed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
I need a rush order
If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please call us at 1.702.674.6050 during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm MST. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request. Additional rush charges may be applied.
Do you have a minimum order requirements?
No, Fifi La Buzz does not have minimum order requirements. Most of our favors can be ordered in quantities of one except for personalized items and items that come in sets.
Can I get samples?
Fortunately, most of our products have no minimums, so you may order a quantity of one. These orders will be charged the unit price plus shipping and applicable sales tax, if any. Please check the product information pages for minimum requirements. If you are ordering personalized products, see additional information under Personalization.
Back ordered products
If an item is on Back Order, we suggest that you still order the product as it’s probably a hot item and may go fast once it’s back in stock. Once the item has been restocked, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed or is not a personalized item. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer representative Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm MST at 1-702-674-6050 as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing, no changes can be made.
What if my order is undeliverable?
If UPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any additional shipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package. Please check your order confirmation carefully.
Are personalized samples available?
No, Fifi La Buzz does not have personalized samples available. Most of our items can be ordered in quantities of one except for personalized items and items that come in sets.
We recommend, if your event schedule allows, that you order a minimum amount of the item(s) that you are considering prior to making a large order. You will be able to see the quality and check the size and weight of the products you are interested in ordering.
Do you have personalized tags?
Yes, Fifi La Buzz offers a brand new way to personalize virtually any favor. Our tags feature both custom and with some favors, matching styles. Please see individual item descriptions for all items with personalized tags options. Both custom and matching, personalized tags can turn any item into a custom favor. With three shapes, four designs and fifteen colors, you can easily find the perfect tag to match your wedding or party style.
Please note that many favors come with tags that say "For You" or "Thank You". Some customers choose to leave on the existing tags or you may choose to remove and attach your personalized tags. Personalized tags will arrive in an envelope and need to be attached.
If you order a personalized sticker, our stickers are self-sticking for easy application.
How do I purchase a custom tag?
Products which offer custom tags will give you the option to check a box to order a Personalized Tag for $.25 each, with a minimum order of 24. Simply click on the pink button, choose your design and customize with your text.' Remember to double-check your text, so your tags come out perfectly.
If you would like to order special wedding tags and they are not offered on the products you'd like to purchase, simply go to Wedding Personalized Tags to order a set of 36 tags (K31001NA-02). Note this product is available in sets of 36 only. Or if you would like to order special baby tags and they are not offered on the products you'd like to purchase, simply go to Baby Personalized Tags and order special set of 24 tags (B31004NA-02). Note this product is only available in sets of 24 only.
Do you have matching tags available?
Yes, on some of our favors our designers went the extra mile to design matching tags. They not only designed gorgeous favors, but they designed tags to match them perfectly. Matching tags are optional and require a minimum order of 24 tags.
Can I preview what my personalized favor will look like?
Yes, we’ve been listening to our customers. We will note all items which offer this Personalization. If an item offers the preview tool you can simply click, shop, design, and preview the actual personalization just as it will appear on the product.
Personalized glassware, while packaged very carefully, can sometimes be damaged in transit. We highly recommend that you order more than is actually needed for your special event. We do not replace personalized glassware.
When you select a personalization item, be sure to check the number of lines and the number of characters that can be used on the product you are ordering. (i.e. 2 lines / 15 Characters per line indicates we can engrave a maximum of 2 lines with a maximum of 15 characters per line.) You can choose to engrave fewer characters if you wish.
Re-check your color selection.
Fifi recommends using all CAPITAL letters when personalizing items, tags, or stockers for easier readability on all products with 'K' or 'B' at the beginning of the product number.
Please note: Items with J at the beginning of the product number:
~ All personalization is done in the font style pictured.
~ Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, “ or *.
Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. Numerical dates are completed using hypens only.
When will my order ship?
Most non-personalized orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of the online order. If an item requires personalization, production time could take longer. Our “item details” provide additional information on production, so be sure to check this before ordering.
In order to provide you with a wide selection of items, we have found it prudent to use various vendors. In some cases, you may receive multiple packages.
We suggest that you have your order delivered to a destination where someone will be able to sign for the package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
What are my shipping options?
We work with UPS and offer regular ground shipping and 2-day air. Please keep in mind that any shipping option other than ground shipping will incur a premium shipping fee. Regular order processing times will apply to all shipments regardless of delivery option selected. Shipping to most UPS ground locations takes approximately 4 business days. Note that weekends and holidays are excluded.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At Fifi La Buzz, we hope that you will be as pleased with your order as we are in providing quality items to you. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days (no exceptions) of the delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1.702.674.6050. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA).
To obtain an RA# (return authorization number), follow these simple steps:
- Call 1.702.674.6050 and request a return authorization.
- Place the RA # on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly.
- RA shipments must be returned within 10 days of RA approval. (please note any package arriving without an RA # clearly written on the exterior of package will be returned to sender at the cost of the sender)
- Be sure that the item(s) you are returning are properly packaged.
- You are encouraged to ship your return via a trackable source, as Fifi La Buzz is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.
The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges on the original shipment nor on the return shipment. No credit is given for lost return packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account.
Return items must be returned as unused and in their original packaging.
Personalized items are non-refundable, non-returnable—sorry, no exceptions.
Important Note: On item numbers beginning with “J”, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items.
What items cannot be returned or exchanged?
All personalized items (unless there is an error on our part)

How long before I receive my refund?
After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
What if I got my order but items are damaged or there are other issues?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call our customer service representative Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm MST at 1.702.674.6050 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items.

All the information you provide is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the internet.
